Criteria
	Advanced 5 pts	Proficient 4 pts	Basic 3 pts
Performance	Advanced Student's performance indicates confidence, energy and expression throughout the entire performance. The steps and patterns chosen are very synchronized.	Proficient Most of the the student's performance indicates confidence, energy and expression. The steps and patterns chosen are mostly synchronized.	Basic Student's performance indicates little confidence, energy and some expression. The steps and patterns chosen are very basic. Some of the moves are not synchronized.
Creativity	Advanced Performs with a distinction and style in relation to the choreography. Very interesting and kept the audience attention.	Proficient Typically performs with distinction and style that is indicated in the choreography. Somewhat interesting but does not always keep the audience engaged.	Basic Rarely demonstrates expression and style. Just goes through the motions. Movement was not very interesting and lacked the audience's attention.
Particpation	Advanced The student worked very effectively. The student showed lots of enthusiasm.	Proficient The student worked reasonably well with the rest of the group. The student showed enthusiasm most of the time.	Basic The students didn't work at all. There was a lack of enthusiasm.
