Overall Fitness Assessment- Males
This fitness assessment is designed to test different levels and to act as a "benchmark" for present and future fitness assessments. This test has four (4) sections: the Pull-up, sit-up test, push up test, and a 1-mile run test.

more than 60 sit ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity has exceeded requirements.
Push-Up (1 minute)
Poor
20-25 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength is extremely low at this time and needs improvement.
Average
26-35 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength is average, but could be improved.
Very Good
36-45 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength has met requirements.
Excellent
more than 45 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength has exceeded requirements.
1-mile Run
Poor
A 1-mile run time of 10 minutes or higher.
Average
A 1-Mile run time between 8 minutes 30 seconds and 9minutes 59 seconds.
Very Good
A 1-Mile run time between 7 minutes and 8 minutes and 29 seconds.
Excellent
A 1-mile run time below 6 minutes and 59 Seconds.
