Project 2: Oral Presentation 
Student must design a seven day meal plan for themselves that consists of nutritious and fresh natural unprocessed foods, that will include one meal they will prepare FROM SCRATCH (so no hamburger helper or frozen family dinners) for themselves and their family. Student will write a 300 word summary of their meal plan and experience and give a 5-8 minute presentation on their meal plan in class using PowerPoint.
