Opinion	Poor Brochure uses no opinions of the author, and leaves holes in argument.	Needs Improvement Uses some opinions, but leaves holes in argument.	Woo Hoo!! Uses opinions sufficient enough to build start building a logical argument.
Logic	Poor Brochure uses no logic, no common sense, no facts.	Needs Improvement Uses some Logic. Gives a few reasons for or against idea, but lacks clarity, or has holes.	Woo Hoo!! Uses plenty of facts to show reason. Fulfills common sense, and leaves no holes.
Emotion	Poor Shows no emotions or connotative language.	Needs Improvement Shows very little emotion, and minimal connotative language.	Woo Hoo!! Gives heightened emotion to the main idea. Gives enough to aide the reader in feeling something. Is effective in connotative language.
Grammar/Punctuation	Poor Ineffective word choice, spelling errors, errors in prounouns or tense, many errors in punctuation or capitalization.	Needs Improvement Correct word choice, few spelling erros, few errors in pronouns or tense, few punctuation or capitalitzation errors.	Woo Hoo!! Sophisticated and precise word choice, no spelling errors, no errors in agreement, pronouns or tense, no puncuation or capitalization errors.
Neatness and Creativity	Poor Writing/illustrations are sloppy, difficult to read. No creativity was utilized, and brochure was not filled up sufficiently.	Needs Improvement Writing/illustrations are legible and a bit of creativity was utilized, although not enough room was used.	Woo Hoo!! Writing/illustrations are neat, easy to read, and the artist used creativity in their design. Brochure was filled sufficiently.
