Participation	Excellent Consistently contributed useful ideas when particpating in group. A leader who contributed throughout the project.	Good Routinely provides useful ideas when participating in group.<BR> A leader who contributes alot.	Fair Sometimes contributes useful ideas when participating in group meetings. Does what is required.	Poor Often absent, or rarely contributes useful ideas in the group meetings
Attitude	Excellent Always has a positive attitude about the task and group work.	Good Has a positive attitude most of the time about the task and group work.	Fair Occasionally negative about project, or critical of work of others. Usually has a postive attitude about the task and group.	Poor Often negative about the project and critical of the work of others.
Problem Solving	Excellent Provides workable solutions. Accepts feedback and criticism concerning these solutions. Refines solutions based on these suggestions.	Good Looks for and suggests possible solutions. Is willing to work with others to refine suggestions	Fair Sometimes suggests solutions. Usually willing to try others suggestions.	Poor Does not try to help solve problems. Lets others do the work.
Working with Others	Excellent Provides all avenues of support to make sure that the team works as a whole Supports everyone on the team and encourages their individual strengths.	Good Listens to, and supports the work and efforts of others. Trys to keep people working together.	Fair Sometimes listens to, and shares with others. Somewhat supportive or others.<BR> Sometimes has trouble working with group.	Poor Does not listen, or support the efforts of<BR> others. Not a good team player, generally.
