Forearm Passing (Bump) Athletic stance, weight on balls of feet, knees bent, platform out, contact on forearms, control	Excellent Almost Always - Executed criteria very well - High level of control of the ball	Good Majority of the time - Met criteria - Good control of the ball	Fair Sometimes - weight on heels - bent elbows - ball was playable for teammates - some control of ball	Needs Improvement Rarely - hands were apart - body in upright position - no attempt to keep ball in play.
Volleying (Setting) Athletic stance, made a window for hands, good follow through, pass could be spiked, control	Excellent Almost Always - Criteria met - High level of control of the ball	Good Majority of the time - Criteria met - Good control of the ball	Fair Sometimes - Made window - Hit ball off of palms (not fingers) - Some control of ball	Needs Improvement Rarely - Upright body position - Hands below shoulders no effort made to keep ball in play
