There were detailed lesson plans which were followed everyday. The lesson plans went in order so that they built upon what came before. There was too much independent work and not enough feedback from the teacher, or engaging projects to share with the class.

Luckily for her she had pretty well behaved students. She sometimes addressed poor behavior and often ignored it. The students frequently had trouble staying on task and completing assignments.

She did the same thing every day! The students frequently were not engaged in the activity and they were not asked to participate in lessons. It was mainly direct instruction and independent work.

The student interaction was just okay. She would greet them as they came in, but wouldn't really get down on their level. She didn't seem to relate to the kids very well. She used big words they couldn't understand and frequently talked to the other teachers instead of the students.
