Indigenous Shelters and Transportation 
Students needed to build a miniature version of a Mi'qmak necessity. They needed to do so using natural materials as much as possible. Students needed to discuss their building process and what made their object effective. - How are the Aboriginal cultures and ways of life unique in each of the western, northern, central, and eastern regions of Canada? - How were the natural environment and geography of each region of Canada determining factors of the diversity among Aboriginal groups?
