The delivery was generally clear and understandable. The speaker used limited eye contact or read from his notes or slides. Posture was relaxed and gestures were appropriate but not consistent , having a tendency to fidget. Voice variety needed to improve. Voice ranges from hard to hear to audible; rate of speech was at normal speed, intonation, pronunciation and fluency required practice. Some grammatical mistakes were detected.
Developing

The delivery was good and effective. The speaker used eye contact but not consistently. Posture was good ; gestures and movements were appropriate. Voice variety was fair. Volume was loud enough to be heard by the audience. The speaker sounded prepared and delivered with ease. Rate, intonation, and fluency were evident of sufficient rehearsal. Pronunciation ranges from fair to good. A few grammar mistakes were present.
Advanced

The delivery was impressive . The speaker made eye contact consistently to establish rapport with the audience. Posture and gestures matched and enhanced the message. The speaker spoke clearly and was mostly extemporaneous, well prepared and enthusiastic, relaxed and confident. Voice variety was evident. Pronunciation was clear and good. Very limited mistakes in grammar did not impede comprehensibility.
