Health Triangle 
This project requires a current self-assessment of overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Taking their current health status into consideration, students will critique their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This assignment includes a written portion as well as a "triangle" visual. The visual should represent YOU, it may have words, pictures, etc to demonstrate your health-present, future or both.

Student presents information in a logical sequence. The visual representation is neatly completed and clear.

Student presents information in a logical, interesting sequence. There are no errors and the visual representation shows effort and insight.
