Specific Biblical evidences are included. This evidence is specific and shows an understanding of the unit material and supports the writer's argument.
Fair
Some Biblical evidence are included, but they are not thoroughly explained or does not support the writer's answer.

Writer does not include Biblical evidence, or evidence provided does not support the writer's answer.
Sentence Structure
Excellent
Correct grammar is used in all examples. Writing is grade level and care is taken to use all punctuation and capitalization.

Essay uses correct grammar, including spelling, punctuation and sentence structure. Sentences are complete. Student uses capitalization where needed.
