Body parts are mostly aligned for all poses.	Excellent Is always aware of body alignment and body parts are excellently aligned at all times.	Notes
Breathing	Working On It Improper inhalations and exhalations. Holds breath.	Good Properly inhales and exhales for most of the sequence. Does not seem to hold breath.	Excellent Is able to inhale and exhale properly through extensions and contractions for the entire sequence.	Notes
Performance Flow	Working On It Has great difficulty executing a smooth, sustained flow from one pose to the other. Choppy performance.	Good Flows in and out of poses without much difficulty. Nice sustained movement.	Excellent Beautiful movement.Flows in and out of poses with ease.	Notes
