Iceberg to Success Students will create an iceberg based on his/her goal. The goal can be long-term or short-term. The students will use pictures and words on the iceberg to show his/her pathway to achieving this goal. He/she will also show the obstacles faced in achieving said goal. Creative/Colorful 3 pts	Excellent Iceberg is very colorful with pictures and has excellent descriptions of all items needed to achieve	Good Iceberg is mostly colorful with pictures and has most of the descriptions of the items needed to achieve	Fair Iceberg is somewhat colorful with pictures and has some descriptions of the items needed to achieve	Poor Iceberg lacks color and/or pictures and is lacking in descriptions of items needed to achieve.
5 Positive Obstacles 2 pts Enter description	Excellent Iceberg has at least five positive obstacles listed in color and description.	Good Iceberg has four positive obstacles listed in color and description.	Fair Iceberg has two or three positive obstacles listed in color and description.	Poor Iceberg has less than two positive obstacles listed and/or is lacking in color and description.
