Action	Poor Stuent is unable to show evidence of action through direct service that has value, purpose, and meaning.	Fair Student is able to show evidence of action through direct service that has value, but is unable to identify its purpose.	Good Student is able to show evidence of action through direct service, that has definate value, purpose, and meaning.
Reflection	Poor Student shows little evidence of reflection that requires various modalities, such as role play, discussion to consider project improvements.	Fair Student shows some evidence of reflection that requires various modalities such as role play, discussion to consider project improvements.	Good Student shows evidence of reflection using various modalities, such as role play, discussion and is able to consider improvements to the project.
Demonstration	Poor Student shows little evidence of demontration of social action through making presentations and performances.	Fair Student shows some evidence of demonstration of social action through making presentations and performances.	Good Student shows evidence of demonstration of social action through making presentations and performances.
