Primary footage	Poor Package has jump cuts, clipped scenes; visuals do not support the story or present any creativity.	Fair Package follows a formula of stand up - interview - stand up; uses minimal b-roll.	Good The package adequately shows the main points of the story and presents visuals of all perspectives mentioned.	Excellent The package moves at an exciting pace; all visuals support the story; visuals are highly creative and tell the story.
B-roll	Poor Package has minimal or no b-roll.	Fair Package uses b-roll sparingly or only to cover jump cuts.	Good Package has plenty of b-roll, but seems to be included for the skae of inclusion; creativity is minimal.	Excellent Packge b-roll is plentiful and is used creatively to express emotion or details that enhance the story.
