Speech was delivered poorly, with many pauses, stumbling over words or read the speech word for word. Also, little or not eye contact with the audience.
Fair

Speech was delivered fairly with some pauses and some fillers such as "Um, or Like". For the most part the speech was extemporaneous. Also, some eye contact with the audience.
Good

Speech was delivered very well, with very little or no pauses at all and was completely extemporaneous. Also, kept eye contact with the audenice for all or almost all of the entire speech.
Time Limit

Poor

Speech was too short and did not meet the 4-6 minute time limit.
Fair

Speech was too long or just slightly too short and did not fully meet the time limit requirements.
Good

Speech was exactly in the time limit requirements asked.
Visual Aids, and Impact of Speech

Poor

The speech had no impact on the students and there were no visual aids.
Fair

The speech had somewhat of an impact on the student and visual aid was present but not useful or relatble to the topic.
Good

The speech had a great impact of the students and kept their attention and the visual aid provided more than adequate support for the students speech.
