Uses Complete Sentences	F Rarely speaks in complete sentences.	C Sometimes (70 - 80% of the time) speaks in complete sentences.	B Mostly (80 - 95% of the time) speaks in complete sentences.	A Always (95-100% of the time) speaks in complete sentences.
Speaks Clearly	F Often mumbles or can not be understood OR mispronounces more than one word.	C Speaks clearly and distinctly most (70 - 80% of the time) but mispronounces a few words.
