An animal is shown, but the habitat is not identifiable.	level 3 Shoe box uses different materials. The habitat is identifiable, and so is the animal.	level 4 Shoe box is completely covered, uses many different types of materials to show habitat of animal. The animal is clearly identifiable and realistic.
Oral Presentation Grade	level 1 Student presented diorama, needed help in explaining their diorama.	level 2 Student read their report and everyone could hear.	level 3 Everyone could hear the student and did their presentation with no help. The presentation was clear and smooth.	level 4 Student presented with no errors in a smooth, clear voice and used expression when presenting.
Overall Neatness Grade	level 1 Diorama is not put together neatly or tape showing.	level 2 Diorama is somewhat neat, a little sloppy or tape showing. Paper is free of stray marks.	level 3 Diorama shows no sign of damage, and no tape showing. The diorama is slightly mostly neat.	level 4 Diorama shows no sign of damage or any tape showing. The diorama is neat and creative.
