Below Average Student is missing TWO of the asked for pieces of information. No additional information was included and the report is "bare bones".	Average Student chose a political party, is missing one of the asked for pieces of information, did not include any additional information.	Excellent Student chose a political party, included all the asked for information and some additional information. Made the report interesting, pleasing to look at and easy to understand
Attractive/ Neatness	Poor It appears that no thought was put into project. Project is not neat and/or attractive.	Below Average Thought was put into project however there are few signs of neatness and project may lack attractiveness.	Average Above average thought put into project. Above average creativity and neatness. Project is attractive. Discovered some of the features of the program "Comic Life".	Excellent Project reflected originality. Extremely creative and neatness. Layout was well thought out and very attractive. Discovered some interesting features of "Comic Life" and used them to make a great report.
Spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc	Poor There were many, many spelling and grammar mistakes. It is clear that there was not any proof reading done.	Below Average There were some spelling and grammar mistakes. Proof reading needed to be done more effectively.	Average A few spelling and/or grammar mistakes were missed even though proof reading was done.	Excellent Spelling and grammar was clearly checked. Maybe one mistake was found. Very easy to read and understand.
