Posture	A Advanced Standing/sitting straight -Shoulders back -Spine, legs straight -feet flat on floor -head up -NEVER needs reminded about posture.	P Proficient -Standing straight -Shoulders back -Spine, legs straight -feet flat on floor -head up -Occasional reminders about posture	B Basic Standing, but either slouching or leaning. Standing, but without both feet flat on the floor.	N Novice -Sitting -Slouching -Leaning on furniture -Standing with one knee popped
Projection	A Advanced Singing at advanced volume (yet not shouted) independently.	P Proficient Singing at good volume (audible, yet not shouted) independently.	B Basic -on task -singing, but without confidence<BR> -poor breath support	N Novice -not singing -mumbling
Tone quality	A Advanced -Singing with advanced clear tone quality above the grade level ability. Excellent breath support to carry notes to full length.	P Proficient -Singing with appropriate fullness of tone quality for grade level/age -Good breath support	B Basic -singing, though with poor breath support -nasal or airy tone -too little physical effort	N Novice -mumbling -speaking -shouting
Accuracy of Pitch	A Advanced -Uses proper head voice. -sings in a expanded range, more difficult melodies, and can stay in the key acapella.	P Proficient -Uses proper head voice -Sings with all pitches correct. Starting point is always on pitch and clear. Singing matches throughout the whole melody in the low and high parts and it stays in a key.	B Basic Uses head voice some of the time. -Singing some right notes/pitches. -Lack of control on pitches. -follows most of the melodic line, but there are few notes off pitch (sometimes too high or too low) or out of the key of the song	N Novice -never uses head voice. -not singing -No right pitches -too low or too high -uses talking instead of singing voice
