Overall Impression	Level 1 There are many problems with the performance that distract from its effectiveness. Problems may include blocking issues, poor information, no memorization/no cue cards, too brief, etc. PSA is less than 1 min or longer than 2 min	Level 2 There are some problems but overall the performance is able to communicate about the issue. Use of cue cards. PSA is less than 1 min or longer than 2 min	Level 3 Any problems are so minimal that they don't distract from the effectiveness of the message. Performance is well rehearsed, mainly memorized and or cue cards are used PSA is between 1-2 min	Level 4 Performance is well rehearsed, memorized and effective. PSA is between1-2 min
Content	Level 1 The PSA is not accurate and does little to address the issues of the topic.	Level 2 The PSA contains accurate content, but it does not address the topic adequately.	Level 3 Original and accurate PSA, but fails to hold the interest of the audience.	Level 4 Original, accurate, and interesting PSA that adequately addresses the issue.
Organization	Level 1 Performance is unrelated, may be silly or project not taken seriously.	Level 2 Students take project seriously but information may be organized in a way that makes the psa difficult to understand.	Level 3 Material is well organized. Most parts make sense with the topic.	Level 4 Material is well organized and all parts make sense with the topic.
Voice	Level 1 Tone and voice rarely convey emotions or enthusiasm. Unable to hear or talking too softly.	Level 2 Tone and voice convey some emotions or enthusiasm.
