Individual Seaworthiness Report The following elements will be used to determine how well you analyzed and reflected on your ship design.
	Excellent Meets or exceeds the requirements. Meets grade level standards. 5 pts	Good May meet most requirements, but lacks proficiency. Progressing toward standards mastery. 3 pts	Poor Fails to meet a majority of the requirements. Grade level standards not met. 1 pts
Requirements The required information included in the presentation.	Excellent All required information is presented	Good Some of the required information is presented.	Poor Most of the required information is missing.
Presentation Overall presentation of information.	Excellent Presentation is interesting, well designed, and visually appealing. The purpose of the presentation is clear.	Good Presentation is acceptable, with some design issues that are distracting/unappealing. The purpose is provided but not immediately obvious.	Poor Presentation is of low quality, with major design issues and lacks any visual appeal. The purpose is unclear.
Analysis How well design improvements were addressed for future building opportunities.	Excellent All design flaws are addressed and potential remedies are provided, based on design principles.	Good Some design flaws are addressed and potential remedies are provided, some design principles are used.	Poor Few design flaws are addressed, potential remedies lack a basis in design principles.
Knowledge How well presentation demonstrates student's knowledge of density and buoyancy principles.	Excellent Demonstrates a clear understanding of density and buoyancy principles. There is a clear connection made between the concepts and experiences.	Good Demonstrates some understanding of density and buoyancy principles. Some connections are made between the concepts and experiences.	Poor Demonstrates little understanding of density and buoyancy principles. No connections made between the concepts and experiences.
