Dance: Solo Project
	Poor 0.5 pts	Fair 2.5 pts	Good TOTAL: 15 3 pts
1. Space	Poor Dancer stays in one spot the whole time.	Fair Dancer uses minimal amounts of space.	Good Dancer uses the space in a variety of interesting ways with at least two stage areas.
2. Use of A, A1, A2, A3 Original Phase, Condensed, Amplified, and traveled in the space (shape).	Poor No. Dancer used movements that are not part of A phase and did not follow the assignment.	Fair Dancer maybe used some of the techniques to create variations, but the difference between them was not clear enough (Example: Condense was not different from Phase A).	Good Dancer used at least one section of the possible variations in some point. The differences between the variations is clear.
3.Time slow, fast, normal speed. Pause. Accelerate, decelerate.	Poor The rhythm is even and never changes.	Fair There are some rhythmical variations, but the time is still even.	Good There is an understanding of how to use time in different ways. There are at least 3 speeds of movement during the assignment.
4. Guidelines Beginning. End. Time frame. (Two minutes solo).	Poor Student didn't follow the guidelines.	Fair Student did follow few of the guidelines.	Good Student followed most or all of the guidelines.
5. Performance Quality.	Poor Dancer looks at the floor, dancer is not confident in movement, and is unsure of their focus.	Fair Dancer is fairly confident in her/his movement, her/his focus is fairly consistent.	Good Dancer has strong & consistent focus, is confident in movement, makes a connection with audience throughout the entire dance.
