Poster rubric
Poster rubric
The students will work on their own to put together a poster for display. The student will interview someone and find the ways they use math eveyday. The poster should be colorful, creative and have examples of math in words and pictures. The poster is to be done on a full sheet of poster board.

The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation.
Exceeds
The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.

Not good use of space on poster. Messy. Lacks color, information.

Not very appealing. Limited use of creative materials. Not alot of color/shapes/design.

Lots of colors,and appealing design. Shows the student spent time creating an artistic piece.
