Ideas	Poor	Fair	Good	Excellent •I have several Writer's Workshop journal entries from which I chose this one. •I have listened to suggestions from the teacher or peer writers. •I have developed a seed story rather than a watermelon story. •I use deliberate writing strategies to enhance my story. (rhythm, metaphor, similes, assonance, alliteration, personification, etc.)
