Santitation & Setup
Poor
Student needed a high level of supervision to complete the initial sanitation and setup.
All sectioning lines were crooked and placement was not in proper postion with ears or nose.

Perm Rods

Student needed a high level of supervision to complete the perm rod section. The majority of rods & bands are not parellel with the base of the head and most of the hair is very loose or off the rods.

Student was able to listen to directions to complete the perm rod section independently. All rods & bands are parellel with the base of the head and band is placed 1/16 of an inch from scalp & center of rod. Bands are untwisted.
Tool Use/ Motor Coordination

Student is unable to use more than one tool at a time. Continually sets tools down. Stuggles to manipulate wraps and rods when winding hair. Struggles to manipulate the round bruch and blowdryer without setting one or both tools down frequently.

Student uses tools satisfactorily, Uses proper hand movements. Uses tools safely

Problem Solving

Student doesn't remember to adjust manekin head to so that work can be done easier. Doesn't rewet hair during four section activities.

Student demonstrates a conscious effort in behavior but needs to be reminded on a regular basis to correct themselves. Behavior and grammer needs improvement.

Student demonstrates respect, good vocabulary and grammer, good positive behavior. A team player.
Excellent
Student demonstrates ability to recognize and behave appropriate workplace behavior. Respectful, professional vocabulary and grammer, a excellent encourager to others. An excellent team player!

Student demonstrates a negative attitude. Talks out of place, disrupts classroom. Reacts negative to criticism. Stops working.

Student demonstates a nuetral attitude. Needs to be encouraged daily. Unable to take critism. Distracted with work.

Student demonstrates a possitive attitude and has the ability to recognize and display appropriate workplace attitudes. This student goes beyond by helping other, encourages a positive attitude, and strives to achieve their goal. A Excellent team player!
