A vague statement of what order you will discuss the topics your paper will cover.	Looking good... A clear statement of what order you will discuss the topics your paper will cover.	WOW! You got it! A clear, precise, non-wordy statement of what order you will discuss the topics your paper will cover.
Sequential Body Paragraphs 18 pts The body paragraphs reflect the order of the topics mentioned in the thesis statement.	Needs some tweaking... Grammar usage and spelling 10 pts The author should use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling to make the essay more readable.	Needs some tweaking... The author uses incomplete sentences, misspells common words and content-specific words, and misuses punctuation.	Looking good... The author uses mostly complete sentences, misspells no content-specific words and few common words, and very errors in punctuation.	WOW! You got it! The author uses complete sentences, misspells no content-specific words or common words, with no errors in punctuation.
