Participation in Bingo	Above Provincial Standard Student consistently learns the words and vowel sounds	Provincial Standard Student learns the words and vowel sounds	Approaching Provincial Standard Student occasionally joins in and is beginning to learn the vowel sounds	Below Provincial Standard Student refuses to play and doesn't learn the vowel sounds
Craft	Above Provincial Standard Student does an exemplary job at completing the Short Vowel Book craft	Provincial Standard Student does a good job at completing the Short Vowel Book Craft	Approaching Provincial Standard Student does a reaonable job at completing the Short Vowel Book Craft - some glue blobs and possible tearing of paper are evident	Below Provincial Standard Student refuses or puts very little effort into completing the craft; craft may be incomplete
