Cooperation Enter criteria description	Poor Student is unwilling to respond properly or respectfully to simple classroom requests; constantly distracts and interrupts during instruction time; completely unwilling to wait his/her turn.	Fair Student sometimes responds inappropriately to simple classroom requests; sometimes distracts and/or interrupts instruction, often for a reason; is willing to wait his/her turn.	Good Student responds appropriately to simple classroom requests; does not distract or interrupt instruction unless there is a good reason; is willing to wait his/her turn.
Teamwork Enter criteria description	Poor Student is non-participative; is pushy, threatening, or forceful with others; exhibits volatile or takeover characteristics; never makes contributions for the team.	Fair Student is not always participative; shuts off when working with others unless/until he or she is in charge; sometimes makes contributions that are in the scope of the group.	Good Student is participative. works well with others and encourages others within the group; makes sound contributions within the scope of the team.
Self-control Enter criteria description	Poor Student does not practice restraint with language; uses obsessive profanity, disrespectful language, and inappropriate subject matter during class; verbally assaults someone whose opinion or view differs from hi/her own.	Fair Student does not much profanity during class time; sometimes needs to be reminded to hold his/her tongue when someone else is talking.	Good Student exhibits proper language and subject matter during class time; practices patience and respectful rebuking when someone else is speaking or when someone is offering a different view of a topic.
