Comida de España Comida de Cuba Students will create a presentation on the food from a region of Spain that was discussed in class. Student needs to reasearch the region and the food and write a paragraph about each. Student finds the recipe and prepares to food to share with the class. Research	Poor Student was not on task most of the time. Constant reminders needed to be given in order for research work to be completed.	Fair Student was not always on task. Recipe	Poor Student did not include a recipe for a Spanish dish.	Fair Student inlcluded a recipe for a Spanish dish but it was not typed or neatly written with detailed measurements and specific instructions.	Good Student included an authentic recipe for a dish from Spain. was typed or neatly written with detailed measurements and specific instructions.
Food	Poor Student did not share food or prepare it.	Fair Student shared food with the class but did not prepare it.	Good Student cooked recipe and shared their food with the class.
Food / Region Write a detailed paragraph for the food and the region where your food is from. Include history and interesting facts about both.	Poor Student clearly did not research region and many details about the region or food were missing.	Fair Student researched region and a brief description of the region or food was completed. Language - during presentation Students will state what region their food is from. Students must also describe the ingredients and how the food was prepared.
