Overall Neatness	Poor Illegible handwriting. Incorrect spelling. Showing a general lack of effort.<BR> Messy Paper.<BR> No Name	Fair Handwriting that is legible but needs improvement. Some spelling errors but shows effort.<BR> Missing two parts of the header or all parts of the header or not in the right place.
