Specifications 60 % Working Prototype	Excellent The program meets all of the specifications required and works.	Good The program produces the correct results and displays them correctly. It meets most of the specifications.	Fair The program produces correct results but does not display them correctly.	Poor The program is producing incorrect results or does not execute.
Readability 40 % The code has all the required comments for future reading	Excellent The code is well organized and very easy to read and follow. The code has comments that a non-programming individual could understand.	Good The code is fairly easy to read.	Fair The code is readable only by someone who knows what the code is supposed to be doing.	Poor The code is poorly organized and very difficult to read.
