Motivation	Good Is enthusiastic and motivating to others. Is smiling and encouraging all to participate and do their best.	Fair Is somewhat enthusiastic and motivating to others. Some members are encouraging and smile at participants.	Poor Is not enthusiastic or motivating to others. Members do not encourage nor smile at the participants
Instruction	Good Gives clear and precise directions. Members are efficient and answers questions quickly.	Fair Gives somewhat clear and precise directions. Members are somewhat efficient and answer questions with some difficulty.	Poor Gives no directions and are vague when answering questions.
Feedback	Good Uses first names and give clear, positive reinforcement.	Fair Uses some first names but give some positive reinforcement to the participants	Poor Does not address any individuals and give very little or no positive reinforcement
Warm-up/Stretching	Good Leads warm-up and stretching. Participants receive effective warm-up and stretch adequately before performing activities.
