PowerPoint/Poster/ Demo Presentation Rubric 
A slide is required for the location/geography of the region, climate, agriculture and farming, places of interest, foods and popular meals the region is famous for, and anything else that you think is interesting. Include a cover page with your names and mods you meet. Graphics and pictures should be used as well as the name and a brief description of a recipe from this region to prepare. Email me the ppt and recipe prior to presentation in class!!!

Students were unfamiliar with a majority of the techniques needed to prepare recipe and demonstrate. Group needed some assistance to carry out the demo. Improvement was needed for the demonstration to of been more successful.

students were not organized, did not understand recipe and needed extensive assistance to carryout the preparation of the recipe and demo.
