Manifest Destiny & Westward Expansion 
Students are required to take classroom data as well as credible out side sources for the process of forming an opinion as to whether it was right or okay for the American settler to move west under the Manifest Destiny vision. Students will work on group presentations. These presentations will be presented to the class via poster or power point and should not go over the 5 minute limit. Power points, posters need to include pictures, maps, symbols and solid academic writing.
