Design	5 Point Project is incomplete.	10 Points No design attempt and/or creative use of coils.	20 Points Some creative use of coils, included some variation in shape, size, pattern, and/or texture.	25 Points Creative use of coils either in shape, size, pattern, and/or texture.
Construction	5 Point Project is incomplete	10 Points Few coils were used in the construction and many coils have not been slipped, scored, and/or blended together. Neatness is severely lacking. Not smoothed on the inside.	20 Points Constructed mostly of clay coils and most of the coils have been slipped, scored, and blended together. Neatness of coils needs slight improvement. Mostly smooth on the inside.	25 Points Constructed completely of clay coils that have all been neatly slipped, scored, and blended together. Entirely smooth on the inside.
