Islamic Art Design 
How does Islamic art differ from art we create in America? In this lesson on global awareness, students will learn about Islamic geometric art and view images from around the world that showcase this art style. Students will learn about the history of Islamic art and geometric design. Students will learn how to draw radial designs and geometric patterns. Then, the students will create their own geometric design painting.
