Dribbling Skills Assessment
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Use of fingerpads	Poor Does not use fingertips	Fair Uses a combination of fingertips and palm	Good Usually uses fingertips, but occasionally uses the palm of hand, slow	Excellent Uses the fingertips exclusively, forcefully snaps the ball off of the fingertips
Knees bent	Poor Stands upright	Fair Knees slightly bent	Good Knees bent, but occasionally standing up	Excellent Knees bent all of the time
Ball height and control	Poor Ball is dribbled too high or too low, with limited control	Fair Ball is dribbled too high or too low, with some control	Good Ball is dribbled below waist, usually with control and correct angle	Excellent Ball is dribbled below the waist consistently and with control and correct angle
Head position while dribbling	Poor Student is looking at the ball the entire time when dribbling and never looks up	Fair Students head is down and he is looking at the ball most of the time	Good Students head is up most of the time when dribbling the ball	Excellent Students head is up all the time
