Student has proper attire, cover letter, and resume. Student lacks the job posting.

Student has proper attire, cover letter, resume, and job posting.

Student is unable to participate in the interview process.
Student is unable to answer questions when given plenty of opportunity to answer.

Student is unable to answer questions, takes a lengthy amount of time to try to answer questions.
Student does not speak in a clear voice, saying "ummm" repeatedly.

Student is able to answer questions, but takes a lengthy amount of time to answer questions.
Student does not speak in a clear voice, saying "ummm" repeatedly.
Good
Student is able to answer questions, but takes a lengthy amount of time to answer questions.
Student speaks in a clear voice, without saying "ummm" repeatedly.
Excellent
Student is able to answer questions in a timely manner, in a clear voice, and without saying "ummm" repeatedly throughout the interview.
Posture and interaction
Unacceptable
Student does not interact with interviewer during the interview.
Poor
Student fails to do one of the following: maintaining good posture, or continual eye contact with interviewer throughout interview.
Student's facial interactions are not appropriate during interview.

Student fails to do one of the following: maintaining good posture, or continual eye contact with interviewer throughout interview.
