Competency Procedures Students are expected to complete all related checklist items relates to their training.	Excellent = 25 Completes all checklist items in a timely manor. Put all tools away and cleans up area. Student is self directed no assistance was necessary. Also completed daily graphic organizer steps.	Good = 20 Completes all checklist items in a timely manor. Put all tools away and cleans up area. Student is usually self directed but needed assistance to complete the task. Competed two out of three daily graphic organizer steps.	Fair = 15 Completes most but not all (75%) and cleans up area. Needs assistance and guidance to complete the task. Performance is minimal with program activity's.	Needs to stay focus=10 Student instructed on (40%) or more of the checklist to complete task. Has trouble completing one task even after instruction.	Needs improvment= 5 Student has trouble completing one tasks lasted on daily graphic organizer. Not capable of completing task even after instruction.
