Wearable Art Project #3 
Wearable art project must be a handmade garment constructed with intermediate level sewing skills, and must contain at least three elements of wearable art techniques; i.e., beading, ribbon embroidery/work, lace insertion, shirring, ruffles, shadow work, rushing, lace applique,piping, picot edging, scalloped edges, smocking, machine embroidery, or decorative closures.
