Safety	Poor Student did not wear sneakers to class, so he/she was unable to participate. -or- Student's behavior and/or actions were inappropriate and unsafe, so the student was asked to sit out for the class period.	Fair Student's behavior and/or actions were inappropriate and unsafe most of the time, but each time the teacher reviewed expectations with student, he/she corrected inappropriate behavior and/or actions.	Good Student's behavior and/or actions were appropriate and safe most of the time, and when the teacher reviewed expectations with student, he/she corrected inappropriate behavior and/or actions immediately.	Excellent Student's behavior and/or actions were appropriate and safe at all times during class.
Ownership	Poor Student did not wear sneakers to class, so he/she was unable to participate. -or- Student chose not to particiapte in class. Student did not take ownership for inappropriate actions.	Fair Student particiapted and took responsibility for actions and learning for some of the class. Student did not wear the proper PE attire to class.	Good Student actively participated and took responsibility for actions and learning throughout the entire class, but did not wear the proper PE attire to class.	Excellent Student actively participated, wore the proper PE attire, and took responsibility for actions and learning throughout the entire class.
Attitude	Poor Student did not wear sneakers to class, so he/she was unable to participate. -or- Student's attitude was negative the entire class and he/she was unable to regroup from negative attitude after repeated encouragement from teacher. -or- Student did not show any effort in activity.	Fair Student's attitude was more negative than positive and effort was lacking.	Good Student portrayed a positive attitude during most of the class and his/her effort was satisfactory.	Excellent Student portrayed a positive attitude and gave 100% effort throughout the entire class.
Respect	Poor Student did not wear sneakers to class, so he/she was unable to participate. -or- Student was disrespectful to one or all memebrs of the classroom community and did not show a sincere attempt to apologize for behavior and make his/her wrong right.	Fair Student was respectful to most members of the classroom community. If the student was disrespectful at any point, he/she apologized to the wronged party after being asked to by the teacher or peer.	Good Student was respectful to most members of the classroom community. If the student was disrespectful at any point, he/she apologized to the wronged party on his/her own.	Excellent Student was respectful to all members of the classroom community, at all times.
