Skit Peformance Rubric
This rubric is designed for a Spanish 2 Midterm project presentation in which they will be presenting a skit in Spanish. The skit is based off the unit's vocabulary of daily routine, informal commands (affirmative and negative), and grammar points covered all quarter. Students will be graded both as a group and individually.

Student had 8 or more grammar points used incorrectly throughout the skit, with little effort for correction.

Student had 6-7 grammar points used incorrectly throughout the skit, with little or some effort for correction.

Student had 4- 5 grammar points used incorrectly throughout the skit, with some effort for correction.
Excellent
Students had less than 3 grammar points used incorrectly throughout the skit, with great effort for correction.

Student presented a below average demonstration of Spanish fluency. Student stumbled over words and missed or confused lines multiple times. Student had to use note-cards for lines.
Fair
Student presented an average demonstration of Spanish fluency. Student stumbled over words and missed or confused lines more than 3 times. Student had to use note-cards for lines often.
Good
Student presented an average demonstration of Spanish fluency. Student stumbled over words at times and confused lines two or less times. Student had to use note cards for lines often.
Excellent
Student presented an average to above average performance. Student had few to no issues with fluency.
Props
Poor
Students used 0-1 props in their skit and/or props did not contribute to the performance.
Fair
Students used 2 props and most contributed to the understanding of the performance.
Good
Students used 3-4 props and most contributed to the understanding of the performance.
Excellent
Students used 5 or more props and all contributed to the performance making the skit very entertaining!
Effort and Attitude
Poor
The student put little to no effort into the skit and the group grade suffered because of attitude.
Fair
The student could have done more to contribute and/or was not showing enthusiasm in front of the class.
Good
The student could have done more to contribute and/or, however was showing enthusiasm in front of the class.
Excellent
The student was excited and ready to present with a smile! The group benefited from this member!
Participation
Poor
Did not work well within his/her group, and did not bring ideas to their group.
Fair
Not all group member's participated according to the task.
Good
All group member's fully participated, however, there's room for improvement.

All group member's fully participated and brought ideas to their group.
