Research Paper: Content 50 % Students will meet the listed requirements.	Excellent The final copy includes 8 paragraphs. Paper contains an introductory paragraph and a concluding paragraph of at least 3 sentences each. Students include required information and show knowledge of this through their writing. (must have 3/3)	Good The final copy includes 8 paragraphs. Paper contains an introductory paragraph and a concluding paragraph of at least 3 sentences each. Students include required information and show knowledge of this through their writing. (must have 2/3)	Poor The final copy includes 8 paragraphs. Paper contains an introductory paragraph and a concluding paragraph of at least 3 sentences each. Students include required information and show knowledge of this through their writing. Research Paper: Mechanics 30 % Spelling, punctuation, capitalization; made corrections from rough draft.	Excellent Students have used correct mechanics.
