Contacts the ball after it has bounced on the floor 80% of the time.
Swing underhand. but
very little follow-through. Ball lands in opponents court 80% of the time.

One foot in front of baseline, other foot in back of baseline
Drop the ball, then swing the paddle.
Swing like pitching horseshoes.
Follow-through straight up to hit face with biceps.
