Ability to follow directions	Poor Student did not understand directions.	Fair Student moderately followed directions.	Good Student unerstood directions and followed.
Level of needed assistance	Poor Student was unable to complete task without assistance.	Fair Student was able to complete task with moderate assistance	Good Student completed task with no assistance.
