Excellent
Spontaneously and cohesively expresses knowledge in expert and basic terms dependent on audience. May refer to notes on occasion to refresh memory.
Applies
Poor
Cannot apply knowledge and requires assistance from another knowledgable person.
Fair
Refers to notes prior to application. Reviews notes following application to determine accuracy of implementation.
Good
May refer to notes on occasion prior to application. May review notes on occasion following application to determine accuracy of implementation.
Excellent
Spontaneously applies knowledge with ease. May refer to notes on occasion to problem solve or refine implementation.
