Movie Trailer Project 
Students are to create a movie trailer from a complete movie that I captured into the computers. They had a choice between Toy Story 2 and Star Wars. This was used in my beginning broadcasting classes

Clips are chosen appropriately for the most part, with a few missteps here and there. Most clips are short and relevant to trailer, some clips may be a bit lengthy.
Blockbuster - No substance?

Clips chosen do not add to trailer and are weak. Majority of clips are lengthy, instead of short. Clips do not contain relevant material from the movie. Does not coincide with writing, or VO.
I'll check out the book.

Solid understanding of editing. In and out points were properly chosen. Scenes do not get chopped mid action, but instead, action is played out.
I want to read the reviews first.

For the most part, good understanding of editing. In and out points were placed appropriately, for the most part. Few scenes were chopped, and were of appropriate length, with a few exceptions. Action, for the most part, was played out.
