Research	Poor Student was not on task most of the time. Constant reminders needed to be given in order for research work to be completed.	Fair Student was not always on task. Some reminders needed to be given in order for student to complete task.	Good Student used time wisely and accomplished all given tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Recipe	Poor Student did not include a recipe for a Cuban dish and there was no research done, information is inaccurate.	Fair Student inlcluded a recipe for a Cuban dish but there was no clear evidence of research shown.	Good Student included an authentic recipe for a dish from Cuba. Evidence of research was clearly visable.
Food	Poor Student did not share food or prepare it.	Fair Student shared food with the class but did not prepare it.	Good Student cooked recipe and shared their food with the class.
Language	Poor During presentation english text is present or errors in Spanish text inhibit understanding.	Fair During presentation there are some errors, but they do not hinder understanding.	Good During presentation student uses current and new vocabulary and grammatical structures well. Very few to no errors.
