Teacher In-servicing
Accomplished
Adequate time is provided. One-on-one in-servicing is provided and questions are answered. Teacher feels comfortable exploring on her own. Follow-up is provided and questions and troubleshooting is provided.
Needs Attention
In-servicing is provided but teacher still has questions and feels uncomfortable on her own.
Unsatisfactory
Inadequate in-servicing. Teacher has little or no knowledge of how to use the necessary websites.
Collaboration
Accomplished
Participating teachers have established a regular meeting time to collaborate and discuss ongoing goals and assess needs. Teachers are participating in the culminating experience on a regular basis through blogging. Teachers take the opportunity to enquire about the virtual website and progress and implement activities and lessons that extend learning beyond the project.
Needs Attention
Teachers meet occassionally but not on a regular basis. The virtual website is mentioned but enquiry is limited and not consistent.
Unsatisfactory
Teachers do not meet. Feedback and responses on the blog are rare or have ceased altogether.
Lesson Plans
Accomplished
Lesson plans are complete and clear and are aligned with the standards. Copies are provided to administration and collaborative teachers.

Lesson plans are written but not complete or well thought-out. Standards are incomplete or missing.
Unsatisfactory
Lesson plans are missing sections are poorly planned. Plans are not shared with investors.
Presentations/Tutorials
Accomplished
Presentations and Tutorials are age-appropriate and helpful and address learning needs. Tutorials reinforce content and are accessible to students from school or home. Links work properly.
Needs Attention
Presentations/Tutorials are somewhat helpful. Students gain an understanding but follow-up questions indicate that tutorials need clarification.
Unsatisfactory
Tutorials/Presentations are confusing and don't help students.
Resources
Accomplished
Selected resources are age-appropriate. Once tutorials/introductions are complete, students are able to navigate them independently.
Needs Attention
Most students are able to navigate through websites with some assistance.
Unsatisfactory
Resources/websites are way above students' abilities, interest, or reading levels.

Accomplished
Rubrics and surveys are clear in wording and age-appropriate. Rubrics are provided to students prior to the project's beginning. Students are given time to evaluate themselves and understand the goals and objectives. Surveys are provided to teacher and students and reflect desired outcomes.
Needs Attention
Rubrics are provided but students lack an understanding of objectives and the desired outcomes. Survey is complete but not age-level.
Unsatisfactory
Rubrics are incomplete/missing. Students are confused. Rubric objectives are unobtainable. Survey has errors and questions do not reflect content goals and objectives.

Students and teachers are able to utilize the Web 2.0 tools from school and/or home. Students with slow connections or no access at home are provided adequate time to complete required tasks.
Needs Attention
Students and teachers are able to access the Web 2.0 sites but sites occassionally demonstrate problems or progress is not always saved. Several students are having accessibility issues with home computers.
Unsatisfactory
Websites/Links are non-functioning or exhibit frequent problems.
